Couldn't find my corn sugar and needed to bottle due to a leaking container. | ||||||||
Tasting: | When tasted at bottling I was surprised by the strong hops flavor. I checked over the recipe and noticed that I had entered the Columbus hops as 'bag' rather than 'pellet'. This raised the calculated bitterness from 29 to 35! |
