Pilzen Sparkle
This is a mutated version of a simple Pilsner recipe from Coopers magazine inserts. I added a few grains and a partial mash, which defeats the purpose of their no-nonsense recipe. I just like to see how well you can make extract turn out when you use a full-boil and a few choice grains.
