Bohemian Pilsener
This DME used in this recipe is Dutch Laaglander light which provides more unfermentable material and dextrines to the finished product resulting in a slight residual sweetness and a full body typical of the style. The lengthy hop schedule was designed to bring out the full potential of the Saaz profile.
