Log: | Primary fermenter-3 wks @ 48 degrees; transferred to secondary, 1 day @ 62 degrees; lowered temp 4 degrees each day until reaching 34 degrees. Lagered six weeks at 34 degrees. Bottled March 29; Tasted April 12. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Used 3 PrimeTabs per bottle. First time I have uses these and they worked great. | |||||||
Tasting: | Of the six beers I have brewed this is the best. Flavor, head, lacing...I hope I can do this again! |
