Hops: 100g Northern Brewer (10.3% AA, 60 min.)
50g Hallertauer Hersbrucker (3.8% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Saflager S-23, starter 200gr/hl T. fermentation 15C for 2week.
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Cane Sugar: 490g for 100 liters @ 12°C
4 week at 15C.
