OG: 1.064 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Purchased spring water from Walmart
Grain: 4 oz. American Munich
8 oz. German Munich
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: Specialty grains at 154 degrees for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.092 3.5 gallons
4 lb. Amber dry malt extract
2.5 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Hops: 2.0 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (3.9% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used Nottingham ale yeast. starting 30 minutes ahead
