Log: | Brewed 12/26/05. Held 14 days in Primary @ 55°F, 48hr rest, then racked to secondary and dropped temps 5°F a day until we reached 35°F. Lagered for 10 weeks, warm to room temps for 48hrs, then bottled. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Primed with 1/2# Extra Light DME. | |||||||
Tasting: | Sample at bottling: color and aroma is excellent, waitng on carbonation. |
