Steep crushed grain at 150 for 20 Minutes. Sparge grains to maximum efficacy. Boil for 45 minutes, then add 1/2 oz flavoring hops (Hallertau Hersbrucker) and 1 tsp Irish Moss. Boil 15 min and cool for 15. Add cold water to bring volume to 5 gallons. Pitch yeast at 80 degrees F. | ||||||||
