1 lb. German Munich
Steep: all grains steeped 1.5 hrs over slow heat to 160 degrees then drain
Boil: 90 min minutes SG 1.222 2 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1 lb. Corn sugar
1 tsp irish moss,
1/2 tsp burton water salt
1/2 tsp gypsum
4 oz malto dextrine
Hops: 1 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Spalt (6.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: wyeast German ale yeast1007 - made starter
