Never seen anything like this so I thought I'd give it a try. You can't see through it and it has a unique half-lager half stout flavor.

Log: | Primary for 15 days at 50°, krausened with ~4oz trub and another ounce of DME for 6 days. Bottle aged with corn sugar for two months. | |||||||

Tasting: | Pretty good served after two months of aging, even better after three. Unfortunately I don't hav further data on how well it ages in the long run because it was good enought to all get drank! |
