Steep: Steeped 30 minutes and sparged with 170 degree water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.140 2 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish moss.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (aroma)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: WL San Francisco Lager Yeast.
