Check the bulk stores for broken wild rice, it's a lot cheaper than the high-grade stuff. Traditionally parched is, of course, much better than the machine-processed rice.

Cook wild rice as usual with 1 volume rice to 4 volumes water (about 45 minutes), no cereal mash necessary. Combine for brief protein rest about 133F for 10 minutes, then boost to 153F for overnight rest. "20 min." hops are actually FWH. |
