Bitterness: 23 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.006
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Wheat malt
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes at 165--Teabag and remove- Soak bull testes for 2 min. tea bag assistant brewer and remove!
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 11.5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
6 lb. Rice extract
Irish Moss @ 15 min. left in the boil
Hops: .5 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 1 min.)
1.50 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Mexican lager yeast
