1 lb. American crystal 60L
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash 60 min. @ 148-152º
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.045 7.0 gallons
Add 1 Whirlfloc tablet @ 15 min left in boil
Hops: .75 oz. Northern Brewers (9.9% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Northern Brewers (9.9% AA, 15 min.)
..75 oz. Northern Brewers (aroma)
Yeast: First use of WLP 810 San Francisco Lager. Made starter w/
1 qt yeast starter and yeast on 4/30 PM. Refrigerated 5/2 AM.
On brew day poured off clear starter and then saved
a vial full for next batch.

Keg then tap after 2 weeks
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 13.4 psi @ 40°F
After 2 weeks reduce keg pressure to 8 lbs.
