Ted's Excelent Brew

A fine summer beer with a nice full bodied flavor.

Alcohol:	8.8% v/v (6.9% w/w)
Grain:	2 lb. British crystal 50-60L
Steep:	Add Crystal Malt to cold water and bring to a boil. When boiling begins, remove grains from water.
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.101	4 gallons
	6 lb. Light dry malt extract 2.5 lb. Honey
	Add honey with 40 minutes left in boil, and add Irish moss with 10 minutes left in boil.
Hops:	1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast:	Wyeast California
