Bitterness: 36 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: Filtered Water
Grain: 1 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American crystal 10L
Mash: 60% efficiency
Toast 2 row barley at 300 deg for 10 min. in flat pan before steeping.
Place grain in pot and remove just before boil.
Boil: minutes SG 1.097 3 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish Moss (15 min before end of boil)
1 Tb Gelatin in seconary
2 Tbs Gypsum in Mash.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 2112 California Lager yeast
Log: Dry hop with 1/2 Cascade Hops in primary
4-5 days in primary
10-14 days in seconary
