Grain: 5 oz. American crystal 40L
3 oz. American Munich
Steep: 15 minutes @ 155°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.190 1.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Amber malt extract
.75 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .8 oz. Northern Brewer (8.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.2% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.2% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: #2112 California Lager (Make Starter)
Tasting: Made this before good early beer.
Used Centennial and cascade hops in prior brews
Keep grains and extracts light (although I used amber this time around.)
