Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Grain: .25 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: Steep crystal malt for 30 minutes and then sparge with hot water for boil.
Boil: minutes SG 1.046 5.5 gallons
5.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.0% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.0% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (8.0% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Y2112 California lager yeast
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.55 oz. for 5 gallons @ 65°F
