Yeast: | 14 gr Yeast Lab European Lager. Rehydrated with 3 Tbs Corn Sugar & 2 cups warm water. The Lager yeast just didn't start fast enough for my liking, so I grabbed a couple packs of generic Ale yeast, rehydrated and pitched them also. |

Log: | Primary, 6.5 gal glass carboy, 6~7 days @ ~68°F. Secondary, 5 gal glass carboy, 1 week~@ ~68°F. |
