Tasting: | Personally, I'd use about two or three grams more bittering hops to bring the IBUs up to 40. None of my friends want me to change anything. I agree that, as a clone recipe, it should remain as close as possible to Anchor Steam so I'll resist my ever-present desire to over-hop. |
