This was an experiment with the new bulk Munich extract at the
homebrew store. I also had some Weyermans Carafa malt so I through
it in.

Log: | 2 week primary at 50° ,one month (out of town on business) secondary at 45°. Lagered one month at 35°. |

Tasting: | Tettnanger and Tradition blend well together but I am open to other character blends. |
