Grain: 3 lb. American Pilsner 1.5L
1 lb. 8 oz. British Crystal 60L
10 oz. German Carafe
Mash: 70% efficiency
7qts water > 145°F add malts > ~133°F
for 30min
+3qts boiling water (+heat) > ~150°F 30min
+heat >
158°F 20min
+heat > 167°F
> sparge with 2gal 170°F water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.105 2.5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
DME @ +20min
+1/2 tsp Irish Moss +15min
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Saflager S23 dry pitch

days) > keg
Carbonation: force @ 30psi then 2.4ish
