Boil all ingredients for max 1h. Then put in the recipient and add hops. After 10 days fermentation (25°) bottle and age (better 3-6 months)

1kg Rye (raw)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.241 12 liters
4kg Dark malt extract
0.5kg Amber dry malt extract
1kg Rice extract
0.5kg Brown sugar
0.5kg Honey
0.5kg Molasses
Hops: 50g Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
100g Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
20g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
100g Bullion (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
Tasting: This is the best i've ever tasted
