Steep: | Just use a muslin bag on the kitchen range with a 2 gallon pot. Steep @ 150 for 30 minutes. Rinse with one gallon of 180 degree water but do not squeeze bag. You can even submerge your bag in the brew pot and let it rinse that way if you keep the water below 200. Take it out once it gets that high. boiling husks is BAAAAAAD! |
