Steep: Steep in 150°f water for approx 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 6 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
1T irish moss for 15 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Stryrian Goldings (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (5.2% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: One of:
Wyeast 2308 (munich Lager)
Wyeast 2206 (Barvarian Lager)
Wyeast 2633 (Octoberfest blend)
