Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Pilsen Lager yeast starter
Log: 10 fermenting days, bottled, then 10 more till ready
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.67 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
Tasting: Awsome! Delicious beer. Even friends who don't like home brew loved this one!
