Chucktoberfest-ale
This looked pretty good on paper. I do not have lager capabilities,
yet. Hopefully the yeast strain is as advertised and I'll get close to a lager-tasting-ale.

Add one oz tettnanger at start of boil, then another oz at about 20-15 minutes before shutting it down, along with some irish moss.
Hops: | 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.25% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Hallertauer (4.0% AA, 15 min.) |
|||||||
Yeast: | Wyeast 1056. They say it's lager-tasting-like. I'll give it a shot.
