Bitterness: 25 IBU

Water: Reverse osmosis or spring
Grain: 2 oz. Raw barley
Boil: 20 minutes SG 1.060 1 gallons
1.5 lb. Amber malt extract
1 oz. Brown sugar
10 boiling barley, then add malt extract, boil for 10 more min.
Hops: .65 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Top fermenting, ale yeast.
Log: ferment strained liquid for 4 days in cool place, then add honey after four days (1.2 oz), then bottle. Let it ferment again in cool place for 5 days.
Carbonation: 2.8ish
Tasting: Smooth, sweet, crisp. Just plain good.
