1 lb. Honey
Yeast nutrient and Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Tettnanger (4.9% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Bavarian Wheat
Carbonation: 4.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 10.2 oz. for 6 gallons @ 70°F
