Snowflaked Wheat Beer
This is my first attempt at a Wheat Beer. I was inspired by the great flavors that I found in Paulaner Hefeweisen, so I harvested yeast from their bottle and pitched it to make my own little Bavarian treat.

I mashed the 5 lbs. of grain at 158 for 45 minutes. Mashed out at 170. I sparged slowly and extracted with a fairly high efficiency. | ||||||||
