Mash in at ambient temp...rais to 122F 30 Min. Pull 1St Thick Pressurized Decoction (Mini 15 min rests at 147F, 167F) boil at 15PSI 20 min. Raise rest of mash to 135F. Add decoction back raise to 147 45 min. Pull 2nd Thin Pressurized Decoction strait to boil 20 min 15psi. Return to mash (Conversion test) Raise to 170F 10 min Sparge water 180F for 1.5-2 hrs |
