Grain: 1 lb. German Munich
2 lb. American crystal 20L
Steep: cold steep overnight, next day bring temp up to 160 and steep for 20 mins. bring temp up to 170 and turn heat off.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 13 gallons
13 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 3068
Carbonation: keg half and bottle the other half with 3/4 cup corn sugar
