Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: RO. Add 5 ppm magnesium sulfate and 2 ppm calcium sulfate and copper sulfate. All to mash. Sparge is all RO.
Grain: 4 lb. American 6-row
6 lb. German Pilsner
14 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 83% efficiency
122f 5min. 143f 10min. 156f 60 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.057 13 gallons
1 oz. Cigar ash
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast Weihenstephaner
Carbonation: 4.2 volumes Keg: 32.1 psi @ 42°F
When pouring please rinse glass with water. Tastes better with the proper hefe glass.
