Bitterness: 6 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: Tap water.
Grain: 3.5 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. Pilsner
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash grains for 60 minutes @ 152°-155°F in 2.5 gallons of water. Sparge with 2 gallons of water @ 180°F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.073 3.5 gallons
3 lb. Wheat DME
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (2.1% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 3068
Log: Brewed as extract recipe originally and it turned out great. Converted to PM and will be trying in a couple weeks.
