Lighter than Air Razzberry Wheat

meant to make a 6 gal. batch, had water measuring issues...
would have hit OG of about 1.060

Type: Extract Size: 11 gallons
Color:
3 HCU (~3 SRM)
Bitterness: 11 IBU
OG: 1.030 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 2.9% v/v (2.3% w/w)
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.027 12.5 gallons
4.5 lb. Light malt extract
4.5 lb. Wheat extract
added 4 oz. bottle of razz flavored syrup during chilling
bittering hops were boiled for 75 min. (not 60!)
Hops: 1.0 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: used a starter, with about 1 cup liquid extract boiled for 30 min. and cooled, made up about about 20 hrs. prior
Log: left in prmiary for 3 wks.
Carbonation: used 2 cups liquid extract boiled in 1 qt. of water
