Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes at 1.25 quarts per pound or 1.125 gallons. Wash in 170°F water, 2.875 gallons. Combine wort for a 4 gallon boil volume. | ||||||||

Carbonation: | Bottle with 3/4 cup of corn sugar. If kegging, apply 1.5 volumes CO2. |
