Grain: 2 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Flaked oats
1 lb. Flaked rye
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.157 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
8 oz. Brown sugar
Add 1\2 oz dryed bitter orange peel, 1 oz ginger, 1tsp Irish Moss and
1 tbs of worm wood at the start of the boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs English Ale
Tasting: Mmmmm... Nice.
