Water: Los Altos, CA tap water, tends to be very hard. All boiled.
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 15L
8 oz. Belgian biscuit
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 3.5 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
8 oz. Honey
4 oz. Lactose
Hops: 1. oz. Cascade (7.0% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (7.0% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (4.9% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: WL008 East Coast Ale
Log: Brewed on July 11, 2009. OG measured 1.036.
Will keg when ready.
Carbonation: 5 oz. corn sugar.
