Mash: 68% efficiency
5.5 gallons/ 178 °water/156 °rest/2 hours
mash out 2.25 gallons/180 °water/165 °rest/15 mins
sparge w/ 6.5 gallons 180 °water/30 mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 12 gallons
0 lb. 4 oz. Brown sugar
0 lb. 4 oz. Belgian candi sugar
Irish moss at 10 mins
sugars added at 60 mins
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Repitch from #90 (roadrunner), 1/2 gal starter w/ fresh wort added 60 mins before pitch
Log: Bel pale grains was actually Golden Promise
Oats were Simpsons Naked Oats
Amarillo hops were actually used for bittering (8.6%AA)
