Steep: All grains steeped at 68 celcius for 40 minutes and then 78 celcius for 10 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.150 10 liters
2kg Light dry malt extract
2kg Wheat extract
Hops: 30g Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
30g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
10g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
10g Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Whitelabs Hefe Yeast WLP300
