Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.5% w/w)
Water: Tap- No water treatment
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.106 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
16 oz. Honey
Add to 2.5 gal 220F water boil for 60 minutes
6lbs wheat LME
16oz honey
1oz williamete hops

1oz cascade hops (last 15 minutes)
0.5oz orange peel (last 5 minutes)
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: DRY: Safale US-05, 11.5g
YEAST PREP: add yeast to one cup warm (100F) water then cover until pitch
Log: Easy brew and good to drink!
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.40 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 68°F
CARB PREP: mix with two cups warm water,then add to bottling bucket
Tasting: CITRUS NOTES
