7 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 3 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Add 1 lb. of Cara-Pils to 1 gal of water for 60 minutes at 150* and sparge with .5 gal of water at 180*. I have used malto dexterin and liked the grain better in the finished product.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.230 1.5 gallons
4 lb. Light dry malt extract
4 lb. Wheat extract
Add 1 T corriander seed and .5oz bitter orange peel at 45 minutes and 1 tsp corriander seed and .5oz bitter orange peel at 55 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Belgium Wit Ale yeast
