Steep: | Grains are steeped at a 160° for 30 mins.and rinsed with 1/2 gl of 170° water. |

Irish moss added at the start of the boil I read some where that this is best I will try and see. 1tsp. | ||||||||
Hops: | .75 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.) .25 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | White labs WLP320 American Hafeweizen. Pitched right from the tube. | |||||||
Log: | Will ferment at 68°for 2 weeks and then off to the sec. for 2 weeks and then keg. |
