Note: the wheat extract I used was made up of 60% wheat and 40% barley.

Steep: | cracked grains bagged and added to 2 gallons 50°F water. water slowly heated to 160°F and held here for 45 minutes. grains rinsed with 1 gallon room temp water. |

Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.087 | 3 gallons | |||||

Grain water heated to boiling and extract added. Continue to boil until hot break happens, then start timing. Irish moss added in last 20 minutes of boil. |

Hops: | 1 oz. Hallertauer (4% AA, 60 min.) 0.5 oz. Tettnanger (4.2% AA, 20 min.) |

Yeast: | Dried 1056 (American Ale). Starter made the night before. Pitched at roughly 75°F. |

Log: | Ferment at 66°F for 1 week. Add 15oz Oregon canned blueberries to secondary when racking. Ferment at 66°F for 2 weeks. Prime and bottle. |

Carbonation: | prime with 3/4 cup corn sugar. |
