Log: | Brewed on 5-13-06, fermented at 70F for 6 days. Carbonated with 1 cup of pure clover honey and bottled. Couldnt wait, had to try it 2 days after the bottle... well carbonated and slightly sweet. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Carbonated with 1 cup of clover honey, diluted in 2 cups of boiled water. | |||||||
Tasting: | Well balanced wheat taste... slightly sweet, satifying beer with great head retention. |
