Yeast: | Danstar Windsor Ale yeast, 11 grams for 5 gallons, rehydrated at 90 degrees for 30 minutes. | |||||||
Log: | Brewed on 6-5-06, fermented at 73F for 10 days. Carbonated with 1 cup of pure clover honey and bottled. Couldnt wait, had to try it 2 days after the bottle... well carbonated and slightly sweet. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Carbonated with 1 cup of clover honey, diluted in 2 cups of boiled water. | |||||||
Tasting: | Well balanced wheat taste... slightly sweet, satifying beer with CRAZY head retention. |
