5 lb. White Wheat
0.5 lb. American victory
0.5 lb. Belgian aromatic
Mash: 65% efficiency
Mash w/ 4.5 gal water@185F. Target mash temp ~152F.
Sparge w/ 4.5 gal water@ 190F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 7 gallons
Add cranberry spices at last minute of the boil.
After 7 days of fermentation, rack to secondary fermenter and add 6 lbs frozen cranberries. ferment another 2 weeks and keg
Hops: 0.5 oz. Amarillo (8% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Amarillo (8% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Cal ale, probably.
