750g Wheat extract
1kg Cane sugar
1 (medium) mango in 5 mins
Hops: 20g Saaz (3.35% AA, 60 min.)
10g Saaz (3.35% AA, 30 min.)
Carbonation: 9 mangos (3Kg~) after main fermenataion for 2 weeks.
