This Honey brew is loved by the girls (and most of the guys). It is very smooth and sweet.

Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.162 | 2 gallons | |||||
2 lb. Light dry malt extract 3 lb. 4 oz. Wheat extract 2 lb. Honey |

I add 4 oz. Malto Dextrin to malt extract. 15 minutes before end of boil add 1 tsp. Spanish Moss. |

Hops: | .75 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) .25 oz. Willamette (aroma) |

Yeast: | 2- 7g Superior Lager Yeast (dry) | |||||||
Log: | Primary fermentation for 3 days the rack to secondary for 12 more days with adjustments as needed. | |||||||
Carbonation: | .75 lb corn sugar priming for 16oz bottles. | |||||||
Tasting: | I might add some more hops for some bittering but everybody raves about the brew so I guess we should leave it alone. |
