15 quarts 169F water. Mash at 150F for 60 min. Pull 1 gallon decoction and add to 1 gallon boiling water, heat to boil and return to mash for mash out of 165F. Sparge with 175F water to collect 7.5 gallons in brewpot | ||||||||

Log: | On brew day, chop 1 1/2 Madagascar vanilla beans and seal with 2 oz high quality vodka. Add infused vodka at kegging/bottling. |
